A resident can call (734) 729-2710 to speak with a dispatcher to schedule a ride.

Nankin Transit schedules rides starting at 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The service does not run on major holidays and the system is closed the week of December 24 – January 1.

Anywhere within the five (5) cities of Wayne, Westland, Inkster, Garden City and Canton Township. Nankin Transit will go one mile outside of the five cities for medical and work appointments.  We also service the destination point of St. Mary’s Hospital – South Entrance in Livonia.

Nankin Transit Commission serves senior citizens (55+) and disabled individuals of any age that reside in the cities of Canton Township, Garden City, Inkster, Wayne, and Westland.
